PLZ explain me what is the user interface of a website means. PLZ GIVE ME A DETAILED DESCRIPTION.

Depending on the context you are using the user Interface normally means that the user to access a web site as Administrator to make changes means you need to have the Username and Password to be able to do this.
If the context I use is not correct then you will have to be more specific and tell us exactly how you are using the term.

The user interface (or Human Machine Interface) is the aggregate of means by which people (the users) interact with a particular machine, device, computer program or other complex tool (the system). The user interface provides means of:
* Input, allowing the users to manipulate a system
* Output, allowing the system to produce the effects of the users' manipulation.

There is no need for a long description. The user interface is simply what the user interfaces with - buttons, images, layout, audio (if you must), text etc.
Think of it as how the user will experience the site.
