Vitamin E won't help you get pregnant but taking it during pregnancy can help prevent childhood problems in the baby like asthema. However, too much of any vitamin is no different than too much of any drug and could hurt you or the baby. Vitamin E is also good for skin so it can help prevent stretch marks during pregnancy if you start it now before you get pregnant but it won't quicken your chances of getting pregnant.

I suggest you go to see an OB/GYN Pregnancy Specialist for several reasons. If you have been trying to get pregnant for some time, there could be a health reason for your not getting pregnant. Also you are nearing the age where they deem the eggs getting old in you which lessons your chances of getting pregnant. That is between the ages of 30 and 35. If you do not have regular periods or cycles with lots of pain, you could have endometriosis which will stall almost any chance of getting pregnant or of keeping the fetus once you get pregnant. My daughter is almost 31 now and has been trying since age 25. She has had one ovary removed and surgery to keep her endo under control 3 times. She has lost 3 babies at exactly 2 months along and since then has had 6 infertility tries and now they are sending her to a Pregnancy Specialty Hospital to see a specialist that deals with women who are deemed 'unpregnantable'. Get a good checkup with a specialist if you have been trying and still can't get pregnant to rule out any difficulties. They also can check your eggs quality as well as the amount of them and their size. Amazing isn't it. If you check out, then it's the man's turn. He can have low sperm counts for various reasons. Joggers have low sperm counts because they use contraptions to keep their parts intact while jogging and it heats up the sperm and kills them. If they are too sexually active their sperm to semon amounts will also drop which is less chance for the females eggs to get caught.

Vitamin E has absolutely nothing to do with helping you get pregnant !
Take good prenatal vitamin that has all of the vitamins in balanced proportions.
