I am on AOL. I believe that when you send an email to someone, there is a code you can type on the email that means when the other person reads the email, you get a return receipt telling you that they have opened it. How do I get it to do that? I know that there is a tick box at the bottom of the email showing return receipt, but that only seems to work with other AOL users and I need it for other ISPs as well.

I don't think being on AOL has anything to do with it. That is not a feature offered by Yahoo's free email, or with Hotmail. Outlook and Outlook Express both have this, it's under Tools when you are composing a message.

When you do a new e-mail and are writing go to Tools and you will see return recipt requested.
