1. For those people that say it could never happen. I am sure alot of Germans in the 1930's could never imagine what was beginning to happen to their country until it was too late.

2. Why could it never happen, because the Constitution and the will of the American people forbids it. Since when has George Bush cared about those things?

3. If it did happen, well we've all seen the original Star Wars movies.

Let the Rebellion against the American Facists begin.

First, I would buy stock in Frank Caliendo. He is by far the comedian with the best Bush impression.

Second, I would begin campaigning for Democrats that I believe truly care about the country (meaning those that aren't currently in congress) to get into congress. Common people! Leaving the country is giving up on our system of checks and balances.

Then, I would continue to enjoy tax cuts like I have to this point.

Such a thing would justify a call for revolution.

But, I doubt that would happen. The mood of the country has changed recently and moved toward the left.

So......You could expect to spend a lot of time listening to people cry and moan over it and have endless discussions, meetings and press conferences.

They would be absolutely outraged and demand that something be done but, of course, they wouldn't want to be the ones who actually do something. They would rather sit around and play the victim.

After a while they will make their peace with the reality and go about the hum-drum, mundane ritual of their days until something serious happens like losing their favorite TV show and will take to the streets in protest.

Wait a minute, didn't I just describe Venezuela?

Well at least Hollywood might accept the whole idea.

It won't happen because we can only elect a person to the presidency twice... And for all that are complaining and saying you'll leave the country why wait just do it and be done with it.. I remember a lot of Hollywood stars that said they'd leave if he got a second term and their still here, so stop the complaining and vote in the next election and if you don't shut up....

I might leave. I think some people would rebel. I'm non-violent so I probably wouldn't join in- although I do believe that if the gov breaks its contract with the people- the constitution- it is right to fight back.

I would find somewhere to immigrate to and go. You would see a mass exodus of people leaving the USA for Mexico or anywhere else they could go. One reason a lot are still here is because they have the hopes that he and others like him will not be in office much longer. If another Republican is elected or selected as the case may be if like the Bush election of 2000, I will find a job outside the USA and move.

I think I'd be on the first plane to Heathrow, and then take the train to Edinburgh. I would plead to the powers that be to grant me a permanent visa.

Oh Hail OverLord! Praise the Great Leader, err I mean Decider!

No seriously, if I wanted to keep healthy, I'd be praising him like he was the best thing since slice bread.

Yet like all true backstabbers who use flattery to get their way, if you get what I mean.

Edit for those giving me the thumbs down, if you ever had some one who buttered you up to get into your good graces and latter destroy you when your guard was down, then you very much understand what I mean.

I think Jefferson said it best:

A little rebellion now and then is a good thing.
