I don't think so - they had better be careful who they suggest may have taken their daughter - if they get the wrong person from this that will be two lives the McCanns have ruined. They should not make comments or have any involvement in the investigations - that is for the police.

No never. They only ever said they wish for him to be treated as anyone would want, innocent till proven guilty.
They never admitted to knowing him either, which I find odd. I would imagine you would clear up if you know someone or not????

no they havent. it would be slanderous if they did... besides.. if theres anyone to blame in the whole affair all maddys parents have to do is look in a mirror.

no, when- robert the patsy murat- was named as a suspect,,and gerry was told of this, he said, they would like to think that he was treated the same as, they would like to be treated themselves, innocent until proven guilty.
gerry must have been expecting that the suspision to come back to them.
