The goverment "buys" you a house and "gives" you money and all you have to do is be a failure at life??? WOW, There's alot of people in America that should move over there!

Yeah, but they don't do it for those losers but for their kids that they'll invariably have so that every child can start off at the same level. Britain is a fair society and that's the point of our education system.

They should actually teach children about life outside school more and what to expect, and the positives of having an income and providing for yourself.

it teaches the majority just enough so they can take orders and push button A and not button B.
however it doesn't teach being able to think for oneself. ;-)
