I have been off depo for 11 months I have had 3 normal periods and used a calender to keep track of my cycle. If I have my period does this mean that I'm going to ovulate?

a lady with a reguler cycle would probably ovulate, unlike me I have small cysts around my ovaries because of PCOS, and not because you have a period doesn't means you'll ovulate every month, I was ttc from 2 years now and was having unprotected sex from 17 and still havn't conceive, but I am praying that this month be my month, the Dr perscribe clomid to me to induce ovulation, if you fell like your not ovulating visit your Dr so that you can get check out to see whats wrong with you, sometimes it just does be small minner problems that can be fix,

It really only means that you have ovulated, but it does not mean that you will. Try using ovulation test strips starting a few days after your period ends. You can also figure that you ovulate about 14 days before your period started. That will help you pinpoint your ovulation day.

Good luck!!!

No, it does not mean you are going to ovulate. Depending on the person and how their body is working, ovulation can occur at any given point... we, females, go through ovulation at least... I believe... twice to three times monthly... any normal females DON'T have a period more than once a month!

In order to ovulate you must have a period, yes. But that doesnt necessarily mean you WILL ovulate, but the chances are pretty good.
