Define 'best'.

Do you mean cheapest?

Best value for money?

Considering that not all laptops are going to provide you what you want (ie ultra portables are bad for gaming. Gaming systems are not light and portable.) then you might want to decide what you want from a laptop, and then use the HP website, shopzilla, pricegrabber, pricewatch, etc. to find the lowest prices on the laptops you are considering.
