Already am - in the event of my death any part of my body may be used for the treatment of others.

And I donate blood on a regualr basis too!

I feel its my christian duty to help my fellow man!

Volunteer as an organ donor for my family. Definitely yes! Especially to my daughter and wife.

I've been a registered organ donor for almost 20 years, and a blood donor since age 17. Outside of perhaps deliberately giving someone a kidney, I doubt many actually "volunteer" their vital organs to others.

It's my non-Christian duty, thankyouverymuch.

I already have ;) They asked me when I renewed my driving license, and I said yes, so it's done.

I toyed with it for years. I used to think I wanted to be buried, but I changed my mind about that about 10 years ago. I now want to be cremated, with part of my ashes buried, and part scattered. As that's the case, I don't see that a few missing organs or corneas or whatever will matter much. I kind of think it will be nice to be able to help someone out like that--like living on in a way.

I'm still struggling with that. My mother was a donor. We know someone got parts of her eyes. My sons have donor cards. I just still have that old fear of being in a deep coma and not really dead, when they start to cut you up...I know it's out of a Stephen King movie. But it's a real fear of mine.

Yes, this is even written in my will. I have made my stance on this very clear to my children and family. If I can help someone with what is left of me, then that's exactly the way I choose to leave this world.

It's been on my license for over 20 years.
I feel it's a terrible waste and selfish to not do it if it's possible.
They can have any parts, but not my whole body.
Has to be something left to cremate and sprinkle.
