I really like some girls in my class, but don't know how to talk to them and attract em to be my friend.Whenever i talk to her i feel very shy and uneasy.
I really want to make deep conversation with her and maybe sit next to her, but i'm scared she won't like me or find me boring cos i don't have much to say or talk about.Any help or advice?

You start off by insulting her mother... then tell her you're about to bury a jumper in her face, or better yet, slam it right in her face... then,when you slam it on her, pump your chest with your fist several times... then you say to her... oh, wait, I thought this was a basketball question.... never mind.
But seriously, zureen, applebeer, Chrispy, Tom C, wanna_skate and Kraziballer all have good answers here... basically, just go ahead and talk to her... One of two things will happen... either she'll like you and continue a nice conversation or, if she's not interested, she'll find a way to politely end the conversation... you might imagine in your worst nightmare that she'll somehow publicly "humiliate" you, but girls aren't like that, especially to a guy like you who's never done anything to harm her. Just talk to her, but more importantly, be a good listener!
But no matter what her reaction is when you talk to her, at least you'll know, one way or the other. That's a lot better than wondering about it.

Your screen name, my dear, is very telling. You're obviously very shy and, I suspect, don't have a lot of self-confidence.
I can really relate to that--when I was younger, I was the same way.
Before you get to the "deep" conversation, you have to start at the "shallow" end--smile, ask if the seat next her is taken, and make a comment or two about a class you share (perhaps an assignment that was given), or a current event.
I know it's hard, especially when you're shy, but the trick is--as it is so often--to try not to let your lack of confidence cripple you socially.
Also, seek out girls with interests similar to yours, because that gives you common ground from the start. Get involved in an extracurricular activity that interests you--debating, creative writing, art, or some sport.

I was the exact same way in highschool. My friend gave me this advice(could have used it sooner), this will sound mean but take it to heart. Stop Being A Wuss!!!! Repeat that everytime you feel shy or uneasy. Another thing, If you think you can or you cant, your right. Meaning, its all in your head, you think you cant, so you cant, if nothing else just pretend, you are the coolest guy in school, dont be an as s or anything or get a big head, but just pretend like you are, if you start pretending, then soon it wont be pretend anymore, it will be real. It works, just act the same way you do around guys, dont be a wuss, just start talking, about anything, ask about her day, talk about yourself, Whats the worst that could happen...?Unless she is a total ***** she will talk to you also, if she totally ignores you, or says something mean, then who cares? How many other women are there in the world again?? Hope this helps, just remember those 4 words!

Why do you want to talk with girls ? Instead become a good listener. Pay attention to what they say and ask good questions during a conversation. This approach will knock their socks off since they are not used to someone paying attention to them. Most bubbleheads are trying to impress them by running their mouths. Girls will quickly like you because your approach is different. Once the word spreads, you will have so many girls hanging around you, you'll have to beat them off with a stick. Try it - you'll like it.
By the way, this is not a basketball question but it is a sports question. A very expensive sport as you'll find out.

just talk to them and let them no you like her but what the prob is is that you are in the basketball section and you say you like some girls like there's more than one that's a prob

well i used to be shy around girls because i didnt want to embarass myself, but most chicks are the same way, they are shy also and dont want to make an ass of themselves like me, just be yourself, if they dont like you than who cares, you have to some confidence when you speak to a girl you like, most chicks likes confidence anyway =] hope it helps
