yes it is its not going to stop because you don't have popcorn or inflict you with excruciating face wounds of course it is and if you didn't have popcorn...eat the carpet....good source of vitamin c....and plus salted popcorn gives me kidney failure

LOL I rarely eat popcorn at theatres. Most of the time it is popped in an oil to which I am allergic. I used to always get sick whenever I went to the movies. Could never figure out until about 15 years ago when the "secret" to movie popcorn was revealed. However, when I watch movies at home I usually have popcorn. Made from scratch, not microwave. Now, why don't you ask me about drinking Coke at the movies? ; )

Yes as i always cough when i eat popcorn, even though i keep trying n hoping i won't cough each time but invain! I do enjoy the movie wizout it
