This is a socket A athlon, currentlly stock at 600 MHz. There is no option in Bios, and clockgen won't do it. I don't need a tutorial in the risks, I've done this a thousand times before, but this board is REALLY getting the best of me. It's in an old compaq desktop, and I don't know the exact model of the processor. Build of '99 PLEASE HELP!

Proprietary motherboards do not typically provide overclocking options. Sometimes you can get away with jumpers or through softwares. However, if PCI and AGP clocks are not locked, they will just increase when you increase fsb. System immediately becomes unstable. The best overclocking boards are the retail enthusiast mobos that have locked PCI and AGP clocks and full tweaking options.
