I noticed that too. EastEnders don't usually do things like messing with the dates. I guess that time will magically just even itself out & in tonights episode it'll be friday again?

I haven't been watching, but I think the idea is that the storyline to us runs over the whole week but to them in the show it's the same day and the writers cant fit it all into a whole episode, like the christmas storyline usually runs on for the whole week or so but is portrayed as the same day.

I know, I thought that, last night when I was watching it and the guy came in the pub to do the barrells and Roxy said, Oh you work on a Sunday, I thought, whats going on. Normally on soaps they like to keep it to the correct date if they can, so this Sunday business is all abit strange

I don't understand this either. I mean when are they gonna catch up? Are they skipping an entire week out and will just use Monday as Monday again?

Its called "artistic license" I hate to sound like a meanie but people watch it for enjoyment (yes, really). Therefore I would suggest either watching it and enjoying it and not getting too hung up on the minor details...or not watching it.

Good observation though!

I was wondering that too, very odd! Nothing ever seems to make sense in Eastenders.
