Try Valerian if you havent already, it works for me and its not really a drug, its a herbal tablet which you take an hour before bed time, it will just relax you and make you drowsy and comfortable. You can buy it from health stores or even the supermarket.

Try to start relaxing at least an hour before you go to bed. Listen to music, read a little... Whatever makes you chill out. AVOID drinks like coffee and tea - the caffine is more likely to keep you awake. Have a hot drink like horlicks - there is no caffine, and it will make you feel more comfortable. Try to go to bed before midnight - rememver what they say; An hour before midnight is worth two after. Gettting to sleep before midnight will help you stay in a deep sleep.
If all else fails, seek help or advice from a local GP or doctor - I know that sounds like a cop out answer, but if needs must, then so be it. Lots of people have this problem and I hope you feel better soon.
