I need help...im having deep pains in my stomach...14 female?

i really need help... i just started my period around 10:00am (8/16) earlier today... im so scared i cant even sleep.. i didnt tell any one yet, not even my mother, or best friend. its 12:02am (8/17) , i just cant sleep!!!! what should i do?

You need to tell your mom. This is important enough to wake her up for so that you can get something like Tylenol to help ease some of this pain. Also, try a heating pad. But please it's important that you tell your mom.
