Hi
Yesterday i discovered that when I wee and wipe, I have blood on the tissue (slightly) and in the toilet (not a lot)
It also hurts to wee.
I know this could be a general water infection, but do i need to see a doctor because of the bleeding?

Because of both the bleeding and the pain this needs to be evaluated by a doctor. It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection going on. The doctor will take a sample of your urine to have it looked at to see if it is indeed an infection.

Rule out your period first or any kind of spotting.
If you're having a painful urinating experience then it could be a bladder infection. But it also could be a sign of something wrong with your kidneys and that's not good! I suggest you take this matter to your doctor as soon as possible!

Cystitis is what is probably causing it. I had the same thing a while ago. The bleeding is nothing to worry about its just because of inflammation inside of you. It will go away if you drink cranberry juice (trust me it works) and drink lots of water to flush out toxins inside of you. If this doesn't work however you should go to the doctors to recieve some antibiotics. lv Laura xxxx

Not if it is only a small amount.

I had the same, but much more blood (think water into wine) and it was caused by too much running causing a physical abrasion in the bladder area.

You need to go to the doctor. I am very sensitive to bladder infections and I used to get them a lot. They always go RIGHT into a kidney infection (which is when blood is present). This won't go away on its on. You need antibiotics!

It sounds as though u have cystitis,u need to see a nurse or doctor as if this left untreated it will effect ur kidney's.Treatment is tablets & drinking plenty of fluids(non alcoholic). If this keeps happening the doctor may send u for an ultra-sound or x-ray,but neither of them hurt.

GOOD LUCK
