i'm looking for apartment accommodations in gold coast, australia.?

preferably near surfer's paradise or may be as far as budd's beach. preferred range of sgd70-90, which is around aud60-80. per night.

i found 1 apartment - at the sands holiday apartment, for the price of aud35. is it a good plc to stay in for 4nights?
