I know this may be a silly question but anyway,I wanna ask about it...
I always work in the night(from 6p.m till 6 a.m).Not every night, luckily.I always use make-up and stuff like that(mascara..) before I go to work...but by the time I finnish my job,I look like I haven't slept for few days and I barely look like a nice girl...Any tips?Does anyone have a same problem?Should I eat a lot of vegetable, drink a lot of water?

Sorry for my English!

i'd leave the make up off esp the mascara it prob smudges by morning which'll make u look worse just take some foundation with u to put on in the morning :-)
i work nights have done for 15yrs i'm afraid after being up all night u are going to look a bit tired your body is not invented to be awake all night
good thing being you finish at 6am so not many people will be around to see you ;-)

Definitely eat a really good diet and drink lots of water - your skin improves a heck of a lot when you do that and looks a lot more radiant. Make sure you get enough essential fatty acids - try taking an Omega 3 6 9 supplement.

Also, as it's usually the area around the eyes that show up tiredness, have you tried YSL Touche Eclat? I know it's quite expensive, but it's very good for covering up dark circles. You can also get some good highlighters to use on your brow/cheek bones that make your eyes look wider open, for example Benefit's High Beam.

Heya, I'm workin on coming off of my night shift too (7pm-7am) and I always seem to look tired too. In the morning I try to get my errands done before I go to sleep, but I don't want look like dead woman walking. What I do is bring in my facial wash/scrub and wash off all my make-up. I brush my teeth and use mouthwash (I keep little bottles and tube at work for this purpose) I put on light foundation and a little mascara and a light gloss. Spending no more than 5 minutes doing it. I run a brush through my hair and spritz on perfume (it's amazing how this wakes me up... I feel like I'm starting my day doing this). Towards the end of my night I start drinking two bottles of water. I don't drink caffine cause I still want to sleep during the day. The water won't keep you up, but will wake you up (so to speak) before you're ready to hit the pillow. Ever since doing this, I look like I've just started my day and it doesn't take a whole lot of time. Max ten minutes.

Well the easiest remedy is to get as much sleep as you can in the morning before work and while at work make sure you drink alot of water, when you start feeling tired, splash a bit on your face, it makes you feel cool and it wakes you up. Don't plaster your face with make up, that just makes it worse, because most of the time, when you're tired you'll make a mess on your face and to you, it looks really good! trust me!

I can relate to that feeling. Why is it that when I worked day shift, I always looked fresh? Who knows. I have just learned to freshen up during the course of the night. For puffiness under the eyes, use hemorrhoid cream. That is what the models use.

you should buy some good quality eye drops too, refreshing your eyes will make you feel more awake and look more awake. drinking water and eating fruit and veg is good for everyone, also make sure you use a good moisturiser before applying your make up. should work.. it does for me :-D

you aren't naturally supposed to be up and around at night, and your body knows that... so things slow down, and your face changes...

you need to get yourself a tan and see if that helps.. :D
