Women have always been treated as the weaker sex and sometimes even abused and maltreated. They need reservations, maybe during the initial times, till they can stand on their feet, on equal terms with man, thereafter they may not need the reservations, as they can compete on equal footing with man, and maybe surpass man due to their qualities of sensitivity, dedication, hardwork, personal relationships etc.

They need reservations for equal status. They will take care of their own uplift.
