Does that mean that the user has blocked you? If so, why do people keep putting me on their block list if I gave them no reason to block me? Too many people keep blocking me & I don't know why. Pretty soon, I won't be able to answer anyone's questions.

Blocking has become the new fad. Seems like everybody is blocking somebody and most have no reason except that somebody else told them to.
