The bad thing about facial hair if you shave/wax it, it tends to grow back darker and coarser. You can purchase a bleaching cream to lighten the hair, this will most likely need to be done after each shave/wax because the cream doesn't penetrate to the hair root - you may notice after bleaching light ends and dark toward the skin.

The cocoa butter may soften the skin and hair, I don't know that it will actually lighten the hair though - I never heard of that - then again, it might. They do have specific bleaching agents for facial hair at your pharmacy.

Ever notice how a mans face with a heavy beard (but shaved clean) looks grey? Women can have the same issues and the only thing I know that you can try is a facial bleach. Many darker complected women use facial bleaching cream and swear by it. I have seen it at the local Indian store-think it is called "fair and lovely." Another option is you could save your pennies and get it lasered off permantely (hair and discoloration about 150 dollars)

I would recommend talking to your doctor as well because this hair being like as if there is a moustache can be a symptom of a hormone imbalance like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Please have your doctor evaluate this situation further to see what they say could be causing this to occur, and also about the waxing as to whether or not to continue.
