Well, I wrote asking them please to tell me exactly what rule I have violated with my questions, so that I can understand it. If they do not answer, then I am going to keep on resending the letter of complaint to the dear Customer Care, until I do get a reply.
Imagine if all of us took the time to write to dear Customer Care? Surely they will have to realise that the Phantom Reporter is not to be believed, or mentally unstable.
