I'm trying to make a statement with this question. Do you know what it is?

yes...everyone wants to be heard in their own way some are just more comfortable doing it in question form...some want to see if others understand the statement and therefore disguise it in a question...

Your statement you're trying to make is, "I believe that they are and just want to see what everyone else thinks." Right? :)
I also think a lot of times when people are "joking" with you they are trying to tell you something. They just use the cover of it being a joke so you don't get offended.

Yes. They should be, information is tasty!
Statements that bring up questions are the best. ;-)

Of course they are. I also think alot of people asking questions they already know the answer to, but want to see if other people think the same thing.

you are 100% right,. i agree with you. and also, the thing is that most of them like to answer polls and surveys questions.some of them simply write stupid answers also to get points.some questions-they dont ask clearly. .anyway, dont get the the idea that i am blaming.

thanks,

Yes. It's very annoying when some of my classmates do this IMO.
