you make me cry with these question. eating together as a family for dinner has been my parents' most implemented rule when we were still young. we really wait for everyone to come home, so no one really has to be late. when we all grew up and started living our lives(i have 5 siblings, and 4 are already independent including myself), we just experience eating together if we go home to the province or during christmas and special occassions. we rarely get complete nowadays, everyone seems too busy to make time.
sorry for the long answer, but eating together is one of the most wonderful things of being a family. and i just miss it!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMGwC
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

My >entire< family couldn't fit around my dining room table. Besides, I can't get them all together, even at a family reunion.

particular, ghandi, I continuously set the table for dinner with ingredient plates and napkins. i think of that is substantial for a kin to consume jointly and experience a chilled meal. i do no longer ideas if the toddlers could rather consume in front of the television often times nonetheless.

Never. We have separate days to have dinner together on holidays, for example my dads side of the family would come for dinner on Christmas eve and my moms side of the family would visit for dinner on Christmas.

Never... in fact the last time was at my high school graduation and they argued the whole time and it got so out of control everybody else (the other family that shared our table) left and walked out before they finished their meal
fighting is in my bloodline or something...
