OK Your balace si thrown off c asuing back pain from your top heaviness. You can try to find a support bra, see a chiropracter or osteopath, or get a breast reduction. Best bet for you is to get a specially made bra.

R U sure it is bcuz of your breasts? R U sure? There could be many other things contributing to your back pain. It could be your posture which may or may not B related to your breasts. U could have bad shoes. You could be favoring a knee injury resulting from some type of sport or recreational accident. You're clothes maybe 2 tight and or not tight enough or ill fitting. It could B from lack of exorcise. It could be how U sleep or even how U run.
Surgury is a last resort. First address the back pain with muscle relaxors you can obtain from your doctor. Next some physical therapy (massage) and light exorcise (walking) should be tried.
I don't like to see well proportioned women carved up by doctors. I mean large or small. All women are beautiful in there own way.

Been there. Done that.
At 16, I wore a 34DD. My frame was too small to support the weight. My shoulders, neck, and back hurt. Sometimes I had headaaches from the pain. It's hard to buy clothes, even bras. To top it off, I was flirted with (by boys), hated (by girls), and teased (anyone who didn't fit the first 2 categories) for something I couldn't control and didn't want.
GOOD SUPPORT BRAS (with the back support and thick straps) are the best solution. At 15, they may be too expensive for you to purchase on your own and it was embarassing for me because they aren't very pretty. SPORT BRAS (and I don't mean the 3-pack of Fruit of the Loom from WalMart), like CHAMPION have reinforced backs, shoulders, and sides. They aren't cute, but when you experience 1 day without back pain, you won't care.

Talk to a chiropractor (or physical therapist) about doing some stretches.
Have you parents talk to your school and tell them, you have a unique condition, and the school needs to accommodate you by allowing you to either leave class 5 minutes early or arrive 5 minutes late in order for you to do your stretches throughout the day.
A fabric back-brace would make you feel better, but you might even look bigger up top. Hope your okay with that.

Check with your Mom on this, but if you are suffering this much pain because of large breast you need to get some help now.
I would seriously look at breast reduction for your own health. You are only 15 now, so see your family physician and see about getting some serious help while you can.

The only thing I can possibly think of is to lose some weight. It sounds mean yes, but basically breast is made of fat. When you lose fat, you lose it from all over. As a result, your breasts will decrease a bit.
I also recommend going to a professional shop and getting a bra fitting. Bras with good straps that fit REALLY help.

You have a legitimate medical need if surgery should become part of the picture, but I would recommend discussing this issue with your doctor as well to see what other ideas they have that could be of help in easing some of this pain.
And the most important thing of all is discussing this issue with your mom.

Employ two male friends to hold a boob each. Make sure the gay though else youll have them pointing at you ( if ya know what i mean). Or if there really sagging then flop um over your shoulders and shift the weight from front to back from day to day. ' Do your boobs hang low, do they wobble to and fro............
P.s, with the male friends idea, buy a thickly padded bra before they begin their new job. or else youll be the one doin the pointn.

Your breasts are not going to grow smaller by themselves. Why not let a surgeon decide if you are too young.
