At the time of interview when interviewer ask that why I should select you ?what should be the answer?

You should tell the interviewer what positive things that you can bring to the position, such as creativity, hard-work, dedication, loyalty, etc. If you can, try to think of some qualities that would make you stand out from other people.

Keep your focus on what you can offer the job, not what the job can offer you. (don't say "you should hire me because I really need the money or anything like that)

The best way to respond is to give concrete examples of why your skills and accomplishments make you the best candidate for the job. Take a few moments to compare the job description with your abilities, as well as mentioning what you have accomplished in your other positions. Be positive and reiterate your interest in the company and the position.

Are you hard-working? Do you like to work with others? Do you work well under pressure? Tell them this. Tell them what you believe are your best qualities, and be enthusiastic about it. Really make them believe, hey, this person IS the best candidate.

if u r confident then ask him...1>why he shunt select u..u knw what u r...n u can change the sphere

if not tht much confident...play safe 2>because u r the best...positeve attitude etc.

if afraid....thn...3>u can work hard...etc...
