HI there-

I am a plastic surgeon in Houston and will divide your question into two parts. As far as the liposuction goes, you need to understand that liposuction is NOT a weight loss tool. Liposuction needs to be thought of as a body sculpting tool to remove fatty deposits in places that a good diet and regimented exercise cannot remove. If you use it as a weight loss tool, you will end up looking disproportionate and lop sided. Do not spend the money on liposuction until you are absolutely sure you have lost all you can on your own, then lose a few pounds more. You will not be sorry.

Secondly, if you like the size of your breasts- just don't liposuction them! Beauty is about proportion, and if your abdomen and waist is smaller via diet or liposuction, your breasts will look bigger. If you do need an augmentation and desire to be bigger despite your large breasts remember this: The bigger the implant the heavier the implant. The heavier the implant the more gravity is going to tug it downward giving you a droopy breast faster. I can assure you that Pam Anderson has to have frequent surgeries to keep her breasts as high as they are. You must also remember that she is a very petite person, and it doesn't take a very large implant on her to make her look huge. To have a look like Pam Anderson, you have to start with a body the size and shape of Pam Anderson.

Again it is all about proportion.

Good luck

Liposuction might be a good way to get some of that off and a regular exercise program.
I can't believe you are seriously thinking that you want implants like Pamela Anderson. What she has had hers taken down in size since she tried the larger breast and had them removed for health reasons.
Maybe all you need is a uplift on yours, check with the doctor when you get the liposuction done.

I would wait. Be patient. Try changing your exercise routine and vary your diet.

The body gets used to the certain kind of exercise, and the fat burning will slow down. Therefore, you need to trick it by changing the routine a lot.

I would be very cautious about going under the knife. It would be much healthier to lose the weight naturally.

Lipsuction will remove some of the fat, but it won't make you thin and it comes with risks.

You have hit a plateau. A lot of people who have liposuction, gain the weight back. I wouldn't do any plastic surgery until you hit your goal weight.

What do you eat right now? If it is too low in fat, it will give you a sub-optimal metabolism. The mitochondria in the cells needs fat to burn calories.

Pamela Anderson looks terrible because her breasts are too big for her body. Talk to your surgeon and see what they think, they can more than likely do it all at once so it will hurt less. Wish I could do what you are, I'm 230, and can't loose without slim fast then it all comes back.

Keep this kind of meal between 400 and 800 calories. Serve yourself a small portion, so if you like returning to college for seconds, you'll just end up eating a normal-size portion.

Keep this particular meal between 400 and six-hundred calories. Serve yourself a scaled-down portion, so if you like heading back for seconds, you'll just turn out eating a normal-size portion.

Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
