National in the morning, local in afternoon... Bits of them are OK. OK most national news is on TV but the local isn't .. Would not completely agree with your assessment.

I read my local newspaper (Kent Messenger) I like 2 know what is going on in my area.

I get my National news from GMTV or Sky News or by visiting www.sky.com/news and I sometimes browse my local just to see if anything interesting is happening. Usually full of stories of cats gone missing or kids who are doing dance shows blah, blah!

Well the only paper in my house will normally be a local one so I will just scan through that.

Local - but it only gets circulated once a week, so I watch the news on telly if I want to.

I usually just look on-line for news or watch bbc.

Our local rag is referred to as "The one minutes silence".
