As for the breakthrough bleeding occurring because you missed the two pills and then went back on schedule, your period should still be ok to come. As for the aches that could have something to do with the body going back on the pill but I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor as well to see what they say about that and also the breakthrough bleeding issue.

I have been through two girlfriends now with similar problems. If you have been taking the pill for many months now, missing the pill for two days should be no big deal in terms of getting pregnant. You bled simply because you should have taken the pill and that is how your body is reacting to it. You can talk to your doctor because there are many different forms of birth control and the one you are taking may not be the best one for you. There is no real way of a doctor knowing which one is the best for you to take, it is all trial and error so speak to him/her about that. This may or may not affect your period next week, but if you don't get it, don't sweat it. And worse comes to worse take a pregnancy test a few weeks from now when you should have the most accurate results. Until then, I really wouldn't worry about anything this is normal.

Yes, you should test. You can get pregnant on the pill and since you did do it with no protection, it is a possibility.

If the test is negative and you're still having symptoms go to the doctor.
