Every answer except for dan the mans is right on. Go for it, Little Lady. You'll do just fine.
I have 2 daughters (grown now) They are very girlie in most everything but, they hunt, fish, camp and the youngest inherited my motorcycling habits. They have to beat the suitors away with sticks.
You're the kind of girl most guys are looking for.

It makes you a potential engineer !!
My daughters have both followed in my love of models and model railroading (they also love cross-stitching). The eldest has gotten into the scenery work on our railroad and finds it very relaxing after a long day at nursing-school, the youngest likes the computer / electronics end of the hobby, and has taken charge of all the scheduling on the computer.
Heck, while I was growing up my Mom had 4 sons and no daughters... so she taught us ALL the basics of cooking, sewing and the other "Domestic Arts". I got teased abit in elementary and high-school, but then was the ONE guy who could cook in my college and Navy days.
I turned it into lots of pocket money !! Why pay $5 to the tailor, when Shepherd (me) would sew uniform patches for $3...
ENJOY your Hobbies, and if some call you a "tomboy" so be it! Many of the "tomboys" I knew when I was young turned out to be the smartest and most beautiful

I always liked toy cars and wrestling with my brother when I was little, I think I was the only girl who didn't want a barbie. Now I'm in my 20's I like rock music , hanging out with guys and hate romantic comedies, but I also like make up and baking.......
I guess I kinda like not fitting into a stereotype ;)

No! Those are all awesome things to like. Maybe you could turn the hobbies in to a career. Like others said, you might be a great future engineer! I work for an engineering college, and trust me, as a girl in that field, you could get scholarships, jobs... Whatever you want. There aren't NEARLY enough female engineers and colleges love to land them.

So what? Those are all fun things. I have one daughter who played sports with her brothers and has passed her love of sports to her son. I have another daughter who did a great job building a Ryan Newman race car and is starting on another. The only thing is, I wish they would have taken more of an interest in science. Have fun with whatever you like to do.

Maybe . . . but what's wrong with being a tomboy? Do what you love, and try the girly-girl stuff, too. You might be a really well-rounded human being!
We need more girl engineers! I hope you make something really beneficial to woman-kind when you grow up!

No. You just like model toys, etc. Nothing wrong with it. It may grow into something big with you some day. Like a business, etc.
A tomboy, to me, is a girl who is roughing it up with guys in sports, etc. Acting like boys with boy stuff. Nothing wrong with that either if that's what she likes.
Do whatever you like to do as long as you aren't harming anybody including yourself.
