I'm a foreigner and I'm going to France the next months. so i'm trying to see as much of Europe as possible. Cuz i'm gonna stay in France for 2 weeks. So my question is:
- IF i were to go to Italy from Paris, how long would it take by car? is there any other way apart from driving? plane? (how much does it cost? where should I find the information on the internet?)

If you want to spend 2 weeks traveling France and Italy it might be useful to look into trains and train passes.
Rome to Paris takes 10 to 14 hours, the longer travel is overnight, but from Nice near the Italian border it takes about 6 hours to Paris.
If you want to roam France, very nice to do by train, check the websites with the different rail passes, this is the website of the French railways:

And this is the Eurail site, they also have a pass for France and Italy: http://www.raileurope.com/us/rail/passes/france_italy_index.htm

Flying is good if you just want to see Paris and Rome (or whatever town,) but trains allow you to travel around and meet the people, without all hours at the wheel.
