a friend of mine is 15, she told me she was raped by her older brother from about 7-12 , hes since moved away but she saw him recently and says she felt a real strong hatred and anger for him, she doesnt know how to confront him or how to deal with the situation, i really wana help her but idk how!! someone help?

Call your Dept for childrens services and tell them what she told you and you can keep your name out it, tell your parents, make an anonomous call to her mother and tell her. Tell someone!!!

Seek professional council, she needs to be able to discuss and get closure, remove the guilt and anger. possibly join a group where others have been victims of incest. And by all means pray. Check with a local reputable church or self help section of a local paper, even certain city services may be able to help but make a move now, do not wait, too much time lost already, she will feel better when she is a able to move beyond guilt, shame and anger.

She needs conseling. -Have she seen any since the rape? Talking about it helps a lot. At first it will be very painful for her as she'll recall everything that happened again but in time, she'll be able to put it behind her. Are you both Christians?... It helps to talk with Christian people about what happened. I myself went through a painful experience when I was young and it took me a long time to understand why it happened, but I talked to people who helped me deal with the situation in my heart...-now I'm able to talk about it without crying anymore. -Talking helps close the wounds...

Tell your parents. They will know how to deal with it. She deserves someone to stand up for her..
