Apparently, There is a much higher chance of some one landing on The oranges!

Statistically, the orange has more hits than any other group. Houses cost half as much, so you can build them much faster. The only time I wouldn't make that trade is if your opponent had $3000 in cash to build hotels right away.

How many houses and hotels are left?

If you can buy up as many houses as possible (they're $100 for you & $200 for the Green) but not buy hotels, and this will prevent the person getting green from buying enough houses to graduate to hotels, then your monopoly will still be more valuable.

Even if you have to get into an auction battle with them, force the cost of a single house up for them to drain their resources faster, then buy up whatever's left. It's not just about which properties you have, it's how you develop them and how well you prevent your opponent from doing the same.

Orange is the most landed on color group on the board, followed by Red.

It depends. Do you have enough money to develop the monopoly to put at least three houses on each property? If so, then probably yes, if your opponent doesn't have the money to develop the Oranges. If you opponent has plenty of money then under no circumstances do you surrender the Oranges.

No, what you should do is buy a cheap 5 dollar monopoly set and give the rest to me :). Also, this is why most people who win the lottery go broke after a few years, don't risk it...

I always thought having the corner your talking about is the scariest place of the board for your opponet. Yes you should get green and the yellow. Cause they might even goto jail cause its on the corner of the yellow and green and they are worth a lot

That's a tough call. I would have to say your opponent is getting a slight advantage. The greens are fairly popular too.

No. Better you have one mediocre set to his none, rather then your great set to his mediocre one. Even the worst set is potentially scary.
