Lol...classic double negative.
It is a Daddy's job to protect his princess. And as a Dad, I can say that it is also incredibly difficult to let your princess go. Watching them grow up is both beautiful and heart breaking....sorta.
Guys today are very untrustworthy, but growing pains are necessary. You should always trust your father.....til he's wrong. Communicate, respect his opinion, and make sure he listens to yours.

That is very good advice to a young women just beginning to experince men. But sadly you will have to learn that on your own.

Your dad knows best for you, and probably will never lie to you or use you. He has no reason to! Be careful of men, thats all he is trying to say.

Either your dad is mad or has a ego the size of an elephant.

There are many trustworthy man (and woman) around. Don't let anyone poison your mind that he or she is the only one who can be trusted.

I use to think that way when I was young dad was aways right in my eyes because he was my dad but when I met my first husband the saddest day in my life was when he pointed out dad was wrong and I wouldn't believe him so he proved it I was so upset that dad was not always right.

well..well..well...Here's a quote which explains everythinG for you to understand!-

"Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it.

Do not believe simply because it has been handed down for many generations.

Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumoured by many.

Do not believe in anything simply because it is written in Holy Scriptures.

Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of Teachers, elders or wise men.

Believe only after careful observation and analysis, when you find that it agress with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all. Then accept it and live up to it."

NO because sometimes you can't even trust him. Just think about the words that your dad is telling you because he had to had been that kind of man to be telling you that.

Your father is right. Most men would tell you anything you wanted to hear just to get into the sack with you. If they cheated on you, most would use the excuse that it was your fault.
