The same as anyone else feels that they're in love. Love is love, and it isn't different for anyone, regardless of race/gender/disability.

I think if anyone, blind people can probably discover if they're in love more easily than sighted people can. When you get to know someone from the inside first, then you can determine if the outside looks will matter or not. Blind people wouldn't be able to see what the other looks like, but they can feel to comprehend if body parts are bigger than what they're attracted to, if faces are deformed, etc.

Like you said, love is a "feeling", an emotional state. Being blind means that they can't see; it doesn't mean that they can't feel. They still have all the emotions of a sighted person, including the capacity to fall in love.

Smile. Their other senses are much stronger than yours and mine. They also know how to listen to each other and really hear what another person is saying ( we don't a lot of times ). They touch each other's faces to find out what they look like, so they are not entering the relationship blindly. They also trust their intuition much more than we do.

Well if they are shallow they have to do it by feel. Though I'm sure many blind persons and persons who are able to see aren't shallow and go by personality.
