Then I think those people are not having the time of their life! They're wasting it.
Stop being Mr. The Glass Is Half Empty.
If you're given one dollar, do you say, "Bah, it's only one dollar, what can I possibly do with it?" or do you say "Heck, even one dollar generates interest in the bank" or do you go out an buy something for one dollar and then sell it to someone else for two dollars instead?
Life is for the living.
Time is on your side.
Use both to your best advantage.

Excellent... you are very right... so the answer is to get away from time!
Take a dip into the eternal timeless "I AM." That is the way to get away from time and find fulfillment in life,
A good explanation of it at New Free Books. Ch. 21-22 Gospel Enigma.

I don't think it is for everyone, however I agree with you. Many people are in a situation that they would say, "I'm done". I don't think that they particularly want to die by their own hand, but I believe that some people are just tired and are ready to go.
Your question is thought provoking and has a place in our society. I must admit, I am among those who subscribe to your narrative. While I would not be the cause of my own demise, I would not be opposed to it happening by any other means.

Quote? Whom are you quoting? Life is a great big game. My version comes with a title,(Lord of the wicked) a mission,(moving life from this solar system to another) and an antagonist(religion).

i would disagree..... as often as you hear it u need to process it and actually THINK about it..... life is what you make of it....time is what you do with it to make your life timeless..... to say life is a waste of time and time is a waste of life....it seems you are sort of not worthy of a life since you cannot appreciate time.... the quote may be correct for you...but you cannot assume it is correct for many other people....there are great people out there who made you who you are...who gave you what you have and they put TIME in their LIFE to do it for you or to give it to you....so what have you given them in return?.....ur quote on ur values of life?.....very meaningful gift....im not talking about your parents only,.....other ppl out there that have contributed to the WORLD that you live in too have done their share wtih the TIME in their LIFE......wat are you gunna do with your time in life?
