Jetwasher? trouble is, you will probably have to jetwash the whole area after as it cleans well and would leave a superclean spot!!

Try either of 2 things, maybe even #1 and then #2, if necessary: #1, go to a big home center type store and get a gallon of Zep Citrus Cleaner, pour it undiluted onto the stains and let it stay there overnight, then hose it off. #2,If that doesn't work, or not work well enough, rent a pressure washer and be sure to get a 'fan spray' tip for the wand. Crank that puppy up and use even/sweeping strokes to blast the courtyard clean. As 'sal_UK' said, you may wind up cleaning the whole courtyard because the p/w really cleans stone well...you don't want a few clean spots and the rest dingy, right? By the way, the p/w will generate a LOT of foam and suds when it hits the Citrus Cleaner...just so you're not surprised.

Try a pressure washer. The poop will not have a chance and it will finally get flushed away!

yep, pressure washer is your best bet but you will have to do the whole area as Sal says. Worth the outlay though, you can get one in the uk now for about £25
