There are many types of love so I'll just do a general definition. Love is caring about another person's well being and wanting the best for them. It is showing them respect and allowing them to be different from yourself yet still finding common ground that connects you enough to make that bond.

The love that is the strongest, to me, is the unconditional love between parents and their children. Once a parent has a child, the normal bond that occurs, is comparable to a hand wrapped tightly around your heart and can not be let go of. That type of love is indescribable to me.

a heart. that's what i could think of immediately. a heart which pumps blood to all parts of our body. metaphorically means that love is great.
