If it is a glass fish tank not plastic the only thing you can try is polish it out a new piece of green scotchbrite won't remove it but will probably make it less visible. How ever a scratch is a fault line and will make the glass more likely to break if knocked.

for glass, jewelry polish made with cerium oxide works quite well, but it takes a lot of work. You can call an auto glass repair shop and talk to them, they probably know a few tricks, just make sure anything they recommend is safe for your fish.

If it is only a very slight scratch you might find "T-cut" (normally used on cars) will remove it.
