This is sociology and you are asking individuals to explain that which is defined by society.
Not all societies accept homosexuality, in some countries you will be put to death for partaking in a homosexual relationship.
Other countries have set the age of consent as low as the age of ten - which in America is disgusting and illegal.
Beastiality is pretty much considered a taboo everywhere, I can think of no country where it is an acceptable practice.
So the acceptance and disparaging of one over the other comes from a social consciousness, a consciousness developed within each particulal society. It is the society itself which defends one and disparages against the others, and the members either accept those definitions or face being labelled deviant.

I can defend homosexuality, and yet condemn pedophilia and bestiality by looking at each situation ethically.
Homosexuals are consenting adults who choose to engage in a pleasurable activity and potentially a loving relationship between each other- in the cases where this is not the case, then the homosexuality in question is unethical, but not due to it's same-sex nature.
Pedophilia involves an adult using a child for sex, children are below the age of consent which means they are being taken advantage of, either emotionally, or, in the worst case scenario, by physical means.
Bestiality involves non-consensual activity and is therefore cruel to the animal, in the same way that pedophilia is cruel to the child, who do not have human adult faculties to consent to sexual activity.

given that most pedophiles are adults preying on opposite gender children, it is hard to equate that with homosexuality. But some people try to just to muddy the waters and get people riled up against homosexuals by spreading false fears.
Personally, I believe any union between two consenting adults is and should be fine with any government that wants to provide equality for all. Only governments that do not wan tall citizens treated equally would refuse marriage between adults.
However when an adult takes advantage of a child that is not a consenting relationahip even if the child says yes. Since the child is not wise in the ways of the world they are not ready to give informed consent. So, there need to be reasonable laws to protect children from adults.
I won't comment on beastiality; what people want to do in private with their animals is not anything I want to think about tonight.

Yes you can defend one and disparage the others.
Children and animals cannot consent to the sex act.
Homosexuality is between 2 adults who in most cases also have an emotional relationship along with a sexual one.

Gay relationships tend to be among similar age individuals and the capacity for reason is at a par mostly.
Pedophilia calls for adults and little children to have sexual romantic relations. children do not have the mental capacity to integrate the implications of such a complex relationship. Having the ability for coercing them into one, does not legitimize the adult's action, the adult is still at an advantage over the child. it would be a lazy opt out for any adult to escape the highly competitive arena of adult relationships to take on a naive child.
Bestiality, well all I can say that the animals have rights and are protected.

"Homosexuality" was taken out of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) in 1972.
It's 2007, and 'bestiality' and 'pedophilia' remain in there. And if that's not enough, pedophilia is a serious crime that will get you serious time.

Being gay is a consentual lifestyle. Whether you believe that it is a cultured or is genetic, it is a lifestyle that is consentual.
Pedophilia and bestiality are both non consentual. Neither can be rationally consulted nor have the intelligence to be able to refuse a preditor's advances.
