My girlfriend has a small ball shape thing inside her vagina. Its not to far in. I was just wondering what it was. Would it happen to be her G-spot? Its the size of a wallnut.

I'm assuming this is normal... and many other people have the same thing.

But what is it?

That part of a woman's anatomy (your girlfriend's) is called a uterus, this is where the baby gets to reside in until, it wants to come out. :)

This is anomalous, she should see an OB/GYN. The G spot is along the top of and behind the V, at the very top of the V is another small "ball", that is the most sensitive part of a woman's body. She will know what that is, trust me.
