okay well to be blunt about it everytime me and my boyfriend do "the deed" and i have an "O" than my ear gets kinda cloudy and my toes and fingers get tingly..it goes away after a couple minutes...but is that bad??

You not only seem to be having an orgasm, but also a panic attack at the same time.
Which means you are capable of achieving orgasm through sex, but have problems about it happening.
You may be able to do the math for yourself on why you are lets say scared about this happening whilst at the same time wanting it.
Perhaps wait until the Good Lord intent ended it to be the way you want.

It depends has it ever lasted longer with another mate? If not then that's all you get ,but if it has lasted longer before then you should try to do things differently like foreplay for a longer time let him give you a massage then go downtown on you then see what happens!
