Ick! Use a stain stick and wash them with laundry soap on hot water. Next time,shoot your stuff someplace else....

if your undies aren't white then you can't bleach them. if colors, (or whites) try and put cold water on them as soon as possible. then spot treat with shout or similar. or just put in your budget for new undies...often (?)
