i try to make myself feel better...and i also try not to be tense and angry with my family and friends, because that isn't going to help anybody.

A lot of the time I'll go to the playground at the Elementary school behind my house. It's so peaceful around evening time when most kids are at home eating dinner, so no one is there. I sit with my legs dangling from the top of this tower type thing and I just lean back and relax. I like to collect my thoughts there. I think it's because that's where I really grew up, at school. Elementary school none the less. It was the first school I ever went to and there are just so many good (and bad) memories there. It's nice to go back where I was once a kid.

To be honest, i gripe and complain and take it out on everyone around me, but i am really really trying to stop that,,,,so lately if I'm in a bad mood, i go in a room by myself and write it down and close the notebook and let it go, it's actually helping...it's like i write it down and get if off my chest and then when i close the notebook i feel like it's over i can go on....works for now, don't know how long it'll last but it's working so far so I'm sticking with it.

Either garden outdoors or if really bad, retreat into my mind garden. I was taught to do this while in treament.
I now have an acre of all climate types with shelters for exotics.
There are all the associated fauna from humming birds to scarlet Macaws. There is also a grey parrot with an inexhaustable fund of abuse; my dark side i suspect.

I have always felt like giving a good punch to someone but i should really go infront of the shrine of God - and ask him to make things better. God will help us out of all the times of troubles and keep us happy. And as long as God is happy, that is the most important thing
