Right to lifers chose the pregnancy over the woman. She is considers less important than the fetus.

Many right-to-lifers believe that after conception the life growing in the woman is a person that should be protected. If you believe that it is a person, then does the following seem fair or right to you: Person A commits crime against person B so person C should be killed because of person A’s crime against person B.
As far as believing rape and incest is ok, I have never heard any right-to-lifer say that. All that I have encountered have believed that both of those are crimes that should be punished very harshly.
