Maybe I shouldn't answer this...because I'm going to say *None* but I want to make my case.
I wouldn't want to be an animal....of any kind....thinking of domesticated animals....they depend on people to be fed, have water to drink, to be let out to go to the bathroom, etc. etc.
To be an animal in the wild.....nope, wouldn't want to do that either.....the food chain scares me and my luck, I'd end up being the ugly little beatle that lives under the fallen trees that gets picked off when the other, larger animals can't find anything else to eat......

I'd like to be an eagle or a bird. Because I like flying.
One of my hobby is sky diving, and if I am a bird I would really really love to go flying anywhere with out any restrictions. I like the feel of air on my skin and sky diving is the closest thing I could get to flying.

A dog. I would wanna know alot of tricks and impress people. Agility is also fun.
but a non-domestic animal I would be a tiger..

I'd be a roach so I could irritate the hell out of everyone! They ain't ready! I move too fast to be killed and I fit into very small places so they can't reach me! Ha ha suckers!
