Does anyone remember a movie about a boy who loses his parents in a plane crash?

It may or may not have been a Disney movie, and it may or may not have been a private jet that crashed while he was talking to them on the phone? And then he had to raise his little sister.

Sorry i've tried looking through imdb.com but can't find this certain plot, i know it's frustrating coz it frustrated me too...Good luck

Huh, That's a classic movie ploy. I know there is no sister, but it happened in Richie Rich.
It also happened to Helga on the Oblongs.
