Cosmos and Mercury answer were right.
In an Apollo mission, they left a seismograph in the surface, and when all three astronauts was in the command module, they sent the lunar module against the Moon to create a seismic wave. The seismograph sent the data to the NASA where some geologist analyzed it. This is the way to deduce the temperature. This data is not so precise as the different temperatures shows. .

No one's been inside the moon or taken temperature measurements inside the moon, so we don't know, unfortunately. Sorry about that.
