I read somewhere that some fish change their gender.

As an example

If you buy a group of clown fish, they will all be males, but when they sexually mature the biggest one will change to a male
That's absolutely normal and has nothing to do with chemicals or adding anything, that's just their nature

The fish are exposed to chemicals that alter them.
