Honestly, if you dislike the song because of the references to immigrants, then the answer is maybe. Do you hate immigrants? Do you have a good reason to dislike them? The bottom line is this, and I think you know it, you can tell inside yourself whether or not you're racist about some group or another.
I'm not a big fan of "China Girl" by David Bowie. Does that make me a racist? Or simply not a huge Bowie fan?
